Welcome to CactiFin, a mobile application and financial service platform operated by Cash CactiFin LLC (“CactiFin,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) establish the legal framework governing your access to and use of the CactiFin application (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and remove it from your device.
1. What We Provide
CactiFin functions as a connection platform that helps U.S. consumers explore potential lending options offered by independent, third-party lenders. Through the App, users may submit loan requests and be matched with lenders that provide personal loans of up to $900.
Key clarifications:
- We are not a lender. CactiFin does not issue loans, make credit decisions, or act as a financial institution.
- No guarantees. We cannot ensure approval, loan availability, or specific terms. Each lender independently evaluates applications based on their own policies.
- Illustrative example. A $200 loan at a 12.00% APR with a 6-month term results in estimated payments of $34.41 per month, totaling $206.46. Actual terms and conditions vary by lender.

2. Eligibility
The App may only be used if you meet all of the following:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are a legal resident of the United States
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
Certain services may be restricted in some U.S. states due to local laws or lender availability. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
By using CactiFin, you agree to:
- Submit only accurate, current, and truthful information
- Update your details when they change
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms
- Refrain from fraud, abuse, or malicious activity
- Respect the integrity of the App, its data protections, and security measures
Any misuse, including attempts to hack, spread malware, or gain unauthorized access, may lead to account termination and potential legal action.
4. How Matching Works
When you submit a loan request, your data is securely transmitted to participating lenders. Each lender applies its own criteria and underwriting process. CactiFin does not influence or verify final loan terms. Once redirected to a lender, your relationship is governed by that lender’s terms and privacy policy.

Information in the App is provided for general informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. For personalized guidance, you should consult licensed professionals.
6. Third-Party Content and Links
The App may contain links to external websites or tools. These are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the accuracy, practices, or content of third-party services. Use them at your own risk.
7. License to Use
We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to download and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Modify or copy the App or its content
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
Unauthorized use will result in termination of your license and may lead to legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App, including trademarks, design, text, graphics, and software, are owned or licensed by Cash CactiFin LLC. Unauthorized reproduction or use may violate intellectual property laws.
9. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy, or freedom from errors. All implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cash CactiFin LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost income, business interruption, or data loss, resulting from your use of the App or interactions with lenders.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cash CactiFin LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Updates and Termination
We may update or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. Updates are effective upon posting within the App. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations or misuse.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Delaware. You waive your right to trial by jury or class action participation.
14. Severability
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and effective.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Notice and any additional disclosures in the App, represent the complete agreement between you and Cash CactiFin LLC regarding the App. They supersede prior understandings or communications.
